Sterling Construction are completing works for Main Contractor Bouygues on The Maelfa Tower Block Refurbishment Project. The High Rise is currently undergoing external refurbishment, the ground floor is being remodelled with a new entrance, improvements to bin stores and a creation of space for community uses.
