Sterling Construction worked with Costain on delivering drainage works on the Heads of the Valleys road infrastructure project. The project is to turn a section of a major Valleys road into a dual carriageway. The project presents significant engineering and environmental challenges as the road passes through a number of sites of special scientific interest including the Clydach Gorge within the Brecon Beacons National Park.
