Sterling Construction are working as Principle Contractor on a new housing development in Llandybie, Carmarthenshire. Sterling are responsible for the construction of the access road and infrastructure as well as the new build executive homes. The infrastructure works consists of a 145-meter-long access road to the new development. Undertaking repair to existing services alongside new drainage services and pumping station to support the new housing development. To date Sterling have completed three stunning executive homes as shown in photos below.
