Sterling Construction worked as the Main Contractor on the project that delivered retail space, offices and flats that transformed the look of Ammanford’s former police station and court house. The project consists of two elements. The first is a large now open area where the retail space stands along with residential apartments on the first floor. The second element is occupied by the former courthouse which remains on site. The new office space within the court house contributes towards meeting a current deficit in provision in terms of this form of land use in the area.
