Working for Newydd Housing Association, this development provides 28 homes, including 3 adapted flats, for affordable rent in the desirable seaside town of Barry.
The scheme received funding from the Welsh Government in order to address the local housing needs.
Previous to redevelopment the building was utilised as a Labour Club, the site was formerly owned by Brains Pubs.
Sterling Construction completed the refurbishment of the Labour Club into 20 Modern Apartments. We also constructed 8 new build apartments at the rear of the project.
